Chats, Runs, and the team workspace

Live chat views recover after connection drops

Chat, trace, and subagent panels now reconnect automatically after a dropped connection - for example after waking a laptop or on a flaky network. The view resumes where it left off instead of freezing on a stale "running" state until you reload.

Tool Call Density applies everywhere, instantly

Changing Tool Call Density in Settings or on your profile page now updates open chats immediately: Compact collapses tool activity into slim work-log rows, and Detailed expands tool steps with their inputs and outputs, including on chats you reload later. Loading placeholders also match your chosen density so messages settle into place without shifting.

Switching accounts keeps you on the same page

Switching to another account now keeps you on the page you were viewing when the account you switch to can access that team, instead of always resetting you to a new thread. If that account cannot access the team, it falls back to your default team as before.

Member notifications show names instead of raw IDs

Team and project membership notifications now read "Added @name" instead of showing a raw member identifier in the title, and notification activity labels now read in sentence case.

Send and receive Telegram DMs in the inbox

Connect a Telegram account to receive and send DMs through the team inbox. Messages sync in real time, and agents can search, read, and reply to them.

Project names can no longer hide built-in pages

Creating or renaming a project now rejects URL names that collide with built-in workspace pages, such as chats, runs, artifacts, inbox, integrations, overview, and spending, or with reserved names such as admin and api. Previously such a project could become unreachable at its own URL.

Guided channel connections

Connections settings now shows a card for iMessage, Telegram, and Slack (coming soon). Telegram provides a one-time QR code and direct link, while iMessage opens the shared bot number with a one-time connection message ready to send.

Notification bell shows an unread badge

The notifications bell in the header now shows a badge with the number of unread notifications, so you can tell there is something waiting without opening the panel. Timestamps like "just now" in the notifications list also stay on a single line instead of wrapping.

Usage page scopes usage by your team role

Admins and owners now see the whole team's model and platform usage, such as browser and web search, labeled "Team Usage". Members see only their own usage, labeled "Your Usage", instead of a mix of personal model usage and team-wide platform credits.

Connect your LinkedIn DMs

Connecting LinkedIn DMs in settings now works. The login dialog lets you paste a request copied from your browser (Copy as cURL) or a JSON object of cookies to sign in.

Changelog shows every past release

The public changelog now lists the full release history grouped by version, instead of only the most recent release, so you can scroll back through earlier updates.

Notifications name who sent a chat message

Chat activity notifications now lead with the sender's handle, so your inbox reads "@name sent a chat message" instead of a bare "sent a chat message".

Accept team invites from notifications

Pending team invitations now appear as notifications with an inline accept action that opens members settings after you join. Your pending invitations in the members table also show an accept action.

Live subagent timeline in the Workflow tab

The Workflow tab in the artifact sidebar now shows each subagent as a color-coded bar on a shared time axis, grouped by phase, so you can see what ran in parallel, how long it took, and what is still running. Hover a bar to see its step-by-step progress, expand a row to see steps as sub-bars, or click it to open that subagent's run.

Traces tab in the artifact sidebar

A new Traces tab shows a live call tree of every response in the chat, with steps and tool calls laid out on a shared time axis. Expand a tool call to see its input and output or error, or a step to see its duration and token usage.

Clearer error when your session expires

If a chat fails because your session is no longer valid, you now see "Your session has expired. Please sign in again to continue." instead of a raw error. Other unreadable errors also show a clear failure notice.

Contact sales form sends your message

The contact-sales form now delivers your message to the sales team.

Version numbers on the changelog

Each changelog entry now shows its release version alongside the date, so you can tell at a glance which release a change shipped in.

Changelog page loads reliably

The public changelog now loads release notes reliably instead of showing a server error.

Human-readable email send errors

When an email cannot be sent, you now see a readable message instead of a raw error code. For example, inviting a teammate while outbound email is off explains that you need to contact support to turn it on.

Connect bot channels by scanning a QR code

Bot settings now show a card for each channel: iMessage, Telegram, and Slack (coming soon). Connecting a channel shows a QR code to open the bot in Messages or Telegram, plus a copyable link, step-by-step instructions, and a manual account ID option.

Selected overview tab is clear in dark mode

The active tab on the team overview page now shows its underline in dark mode, making the selected tab easier to spot.

New chats keep streaming after the first message

Sending the first message in a new chat now updates the address bar to the chat's permanent link instantly. Previously the page reloaded after a few seconds and cut off the response mid-answer.

Landing page opens your last-used team

Opening the site now takes you to the team you were last working in, instead of always dropping you into your default team. If you no longer have access to that team, it falls back to your default team as before.

Pages show their own loading state immediately

Opening a page no longer flashes a generic full-screen skeleton first. Each page shows its own loading state from the start while the sidebar fills in with your chats.

Fewer unexpected sign-outs

Signed-in sessions that need a refresh now stay signed in instead of being sent to the login form.

Workspace sidebar opens when artifacts appear

The chat workspace sidebar now opens automatically when artifacts appear, stays hidden when there is nothing to show, and shows an empty state when no artifacts are available. Running tools in assistant traces also show an animated spinner.

Sign-in, sign-up, and new chat links work directly

Signed-in users can now open /chat/new directly, and /signin and /signup work as sign-in and sign-up links.

Web search settings move to their own page

Web Search settings now live at /integrations/web, and each provider card shows its provider icon.

Paste LinkedIn session tokens more easily

When connecting LinkedIn Messages via the Chrome extension flow, you can paste a bare li_at session token. The app prefixes it as li_at= automatically, so you no longer need a full cookie header string for that field.

New greeting: run your team of agents

The chat greeting and home page prompts now speak to what the platform is for: you set the goal and grant the autonomy, your agents do the work and report back. Suggestion chips point at delegating real goals - like putting an agent on your property campaigns - instead of one-off chat tasks.

Connect bots with one-time codes

iMessage connections now provide the shared bot number with a short-lived bind message, and the connection is claimed by whoever sends that exact message. Telegram keeps its one-time deep link, and OpenClaw invitations authorize through the CLI with live verification.

OpenFactor shows its own logo everywhere

OpenFactor now shows its factory hexagon mark consistently across favicons, app chrome, and AUTO model logos instead of occasionally showing a different monogram.

Build a new agent team from one focused workspace

OpenFactor's new-project page now combines an assistant-led setup chat with a continuously scrolling showcase of agent templates that pauses on hover or keyboard focus and respects reduced-motion preferences. The focused, full-screen layout works across desktop and mobile and starts by asking what kind of team you want to create.

Pi harness chats start reliably

Selecting the Pi harness now starts a chat normally, without startup errors, thinking-level failures, or duplicate assistant responses.

Faster chat responses

Chat turns now start generating sooner, even during traffic bursts, and the thread returns to Ready the moment the answer finishes. Short follow-up messages feel close to instant.

Start with a problem from the home page

OpenFactor's home prompt now suggests real problems from your work and carries your answer into the personalized company-building conversation after signup.

Bare /new links open the new-project page

Visiting /new now takes you straight to the new-project page for the team you last used, instead of showing a "not found" error.

Follow team work on a shared timeline

The new Timeline view groups the last seven days of user, assistant, and subagent work by project and chat, with status, handoff, token, and spend context linked back to each conversation.

Browse artifacts as chat stacks

Artifacts now appear as stacked cards grouped by their originating chat. Open a stack to inspect its artifacts in the same card grid, or switch to an ungrouped card grid; search, type filters, project or team scope, and pagination stay available in either view.

Confirm agent checklists from chat or notifications

Agents can now pause on a checkbox confirmation with defaults, selection limits, and rejection feedback. The user who started the chat can answer it in chat or directly from Notifications, and the agent continues with their choices.

Readable artifact previews

Artifact cards on the artifacts page now show readable previews derived from each artifact type - tool-run summaries, CSV table snippets, todo checklists, task graph progress, and file diffs - instead of raw JSON payloads.

Language selection now applies across the app

Switching the appearance language to English, Japanese, or Simplified Chinese now translates the settings dialog and the chat sidebar instead of appearing to do nothing.

Create projects by chatting on New project

The New project page now opens a chat where you describe what you want to build and go back and forth with the assistant. When it is ready, the assistant proposes the project in a "Create project" card you confirm inline, with the name, template, and configuration laid out. The template gallery stays alongside for a head start.

Persistent browser sessions are on by default, with per-project overrides

Persistent browser sessions now default to on, so provider logins and browser runs reuse saved sessions without any setup. The team settings toggle sets the default for every project, and each project can override it from its own Settings > Browser page with Inherit team default, Enabled, or Disabled. Saved sites remain scoped to each project and can be cleared at any time.

Usage details follow the hovered row

Usage event details now open at the cursor's position on the active row instead of staying pinned to the table's left edge. Subagent usage details also include a trailing chevron that opens the matching subagent chat directly.

Subagent progress stays in sync

Subagent cards and artifact views now share the same live progress state, including the current step and failed runs. Expand controls also use a consistent expand icon.

Chat replies follow your selected language

Chat replies, generated titles, and follow-up suggestions now use the language selected in appearance settings, even when the latest message uses another language.

Polish the new-project workspace

The new-project chat now stays on its focused page while you describe what to build. The assistant introduction is part of the conversation, the desktop template gallery scrolls continuously, and mobile shows the chat and templates in one readable vertical flow. The loading state matches the finished layout.

See platform scale at a glance

A new public stats page shows how much the platform generates over the last 12 months: AI messages, images, and videos, a monthly growth chart, and a mail section with sent, delivered-recipient, failed, and pending counts. Each product site shows its own numbers.

Localized product interface

Settings, integrations, billing, chat, dashboards, workflows, referrals, and public pages now use the selected language consistently. English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese wording now covers page metadata, loading and empty states, actions, status labels, accessibility text, dates, and shared product components.

Build a company around a problem you understand

The new-project chat now starts by learning about frustrating, repetitive, or expensive problems in your own work and daily life. It asks focused follow-up questions, shapes your answers into a company concept, and waits for your confirmation before creating the project. New messages and the message outline also stay pinned to the latest turn as the conversation grows.

Chat footer shows generation stats

The strip under the chat composer now shows generation speed (tok/sec), generated token count, and elapsed generation time for the thread, with the context usage gauge on the right. Chats that run in a sandbox now show these stats and a real context gauge too, instead of staying empty.

Cleaner project and chat controls

The new-project screen now keeps account and settings access in its header. Chat composers focus on model and reasoning choices, default runtime options use a simpler label, and revoked OpenClaw invitations no longer appear as pending work.

Timeline gets range presets, filters, and load more

The team timeline page now has Today / 7 days / 30 days range presets, plus role and status selectors to narrow the view to just the work you care about (for example only failed runs, or only agent activity). Summary totals recompute to match what is on screen. Busy projects start with their five most recent chats and reveal more behind a load-more control instead of rendering everything at once.

Attribute subagent browser usage to its subagent

Browser sessions run by a subagent now always link to that subagent on the team Usage page, instead of only showing the owning chat.

Install the CLI with curl

The CLI can now be installed from checksummed release archives with a single curl command on macOS and Linux.

Team invitations no longer show a false failure

Team invitations no longer appear to fail after the invitation email has already been sent.

Connect to the developer API through hosted MCP

CLI command help now covers the complete developer API, and the same API is available to MCP clients through a hosted endpoint on your app's domain.

Page headings stay put while content loads

Page and settings titles and descriptions now appear immediately and stay unchanged while actions and content finish loading.

Chat sandboxes recover instead of remaining stuck

Chat sessions now recover when the sandbox cannot start, instead of remaining on "Starting sandbox" indefinitely.

Favicon adapts to dark mode

The browser-tab favicon now follows your system light or dark theme. In dark mode it renders a dark background with a light logo instead of a bright white tile, so it blends into a dark browser toolbar. Browsers without SVG favicon support keep the existing icon.

Redesigned team secrets settings

Team Settings > Secrets is now a full secrets manager. Add custom secrets with any name, then search, sort, and manage them in a paginated table. Removing a secret asks for confirmation, and values stay write-only: they can be replaced or removed but never read back.

Connect OpenClaw to your workspace

Team administrators can invite OpenClaw with a one-time onboarding prompt that installs the OpenFactor CLI and signs in securely. Administrators can review every active messaging and OpenClaw connection in one table and disconnect any of them at any time.

Chat suggestions stay relevant

Suggestion chips now prefer prompts generated from the current conversation. Until those are ready, or if they are unavailable, you see localized starter questions instead.

Agent showcase gallery on the login page

On large screens, the login page now shows a gallery of agent showcase templates beside the sign-in form. Each card highlights what an agent can produce, with its run time and cost, and the gallery pauses while you hover.

Active chats keep running during updates

In-progress chat turns no longer get stuck after a product update.

Send email directly from chat

Agents can now send approved plain-text or HTML emails through the platform's verified sender without asking you to switch to a shell, browser, or external email API.

Show when a CRM change is waiting for approval

Approval-gated CRM saves and deletes now report that approval was requested instead of appearing to have applied immediately. CSV imports also keep the current artifact unchanged until every row that needs approval has been accepted.

Find API access by subject

Developer API key permissions are now grouped into focused action categories, with each category collapsed until it is needed. CLI help also groups commands under product subjects such as billing, projects, and webhooks while keeping existing resource and verb commands.

Signed-in visitors stay on track from Pricing

Signed-in visitors can review Pricing normally, and choosing a plan now returns them to their preferred team instead of sending them through registration. Public home pages also show the same settings shortcut and profile menu used by the new-project flow.

Built-in web search now uses platform credits

Successful web searches made with the platform's built-in search keys now use platform credits. Searches made with your team's own provider key are not charged by the platform.

Make settings easier to scan

Chat settings now show full sandbox names, the team header menu focuses on the most common destinations, and the settings sidebar groups Connections, Permissions, and Notifications while naming the audit log clearly. Browser provider choices now use recognizable Kernel and Cloudflare marks.

CLI subject help lists commands directly

Running the CLI with a subject (for example billing --help) now lists every command in that subject with its summary and risk level, instead of only resource names with command counts. You no longer need an extra --help per resource to find a command.

Useful permissions for every connection

New messaging, MCP, and OpenClaw connections now start with a recommended permission policy: routine project and schedule actions are available, sensitive platform changes require review, and billing changes stay denied. Team administrators can review or change permissions before creating an iMessage, Telegram, OpenClaw, or MCP connection, and pending invitations share one list across messaging channels and API clients. Active connections can be switched to the recommended policy or edited action by action without reconnecting.

Simplify activity filtering

Activity categories now live in one compact selector, and the owner filter stays hidden when there is only one owner to choose from.

Filter team activity by status

The Activity view now keeps its category selector and adds quick filters for all, in-progress, and finished work.

Chat history recovers from slow loads

The saved-chat sidebar now stays in a loading state when history is slow to load, then restores your chats automatically instead of briefly showing an empty list.

Clearer social accounts and proxy checks

Social account settings now identify Telegram accounts by username, give Telegram and LinkedIn accounts consistent per-account actions, and show browser proxy connection-test results directly in the account row.

Connect CLI and OpenClaw with browser authorization

Authorize the OpenFactor CLI from Team Settings > Connections with a short-lived device code, explicit team permissions, and API key expiration. OpenClaw uses the same browser flow and updates its existing connection instead of creating a duplicate.

Notification summaries link to their destination

Notification titles now open the action they describe, including the referenced chat, and archived timestamps stay visible when a row is hovered. Approval buttons no longer reveal the archive control on hover or focus, keeping each action distinct.

Make chat safer, faster, and more reliable

Chat navigation now keeps history, visibility, approvals, and subagent updates tied to the correct conversation. One-time connection credentials stay visible until they can be saved, and chat loads with less waiting. Dialogs, mobile navigation, status announcements, text contrast, and zoom behavior are also more accessible.

Runs lead the team timeline

The team timeline now gives every Run its own row that links directly to its Run detail, while the originating Chat and other Chat activity stay visible as supporting context.

Dedicated web search provider settings

Web Search now gives Exa, Brave, Tavily, Serper, and Parallel their own configuration pages. Choose an OpenFactor-managed connection or a provider API key, switch methods safely, and enable or disable providers from either the overview or the provider page.

Connection permissions are easier to review

Connection permission editors now keep their summary and actions in place while the complete permission list scrolls inside the dialog, without pagination arrows.

Sidebar setting no longer flashes the wrong value

Appearance settings now show a stable placeholder for the sidebar visibility control until your saved browser preference is ready.

CLI suggests the right command when you mistype

The CLI now lists and accepts only profiles that belong to it. Mistyped or incomplete API commands show help for the nearest valid domain, resource, or verb so the correct command is easy to find.

Chat usage stays current after every reply

The chat footer now refreshes its token count, generation speed, and elapsed time after every turn instead of keeping an older turn's snapshot until the page is reloaded.

Call chat tools through the API

Authenticated API clients can now call registered chat tools directly, with the same permissions, validation, and audit trail as tool calls the assistant makes.

Send email from the team address

Emails sent by an OpenFactor chat now use the team's verified OpenFactor address and appear in that team's shared Inbox.

Activity is easier to scan and filter

Project and team activity now appears as a grouped card timeline. Filter by activity type or owner, expand supporting context, and act on pending approvals without leaving the overview.

Menus navigate without a loading pause

Team settings, project, and workspace destinations now load before their menus open, so selecting an item transitions immediately within the app.

Redesigned team mail settings with real DNS verification

The mail integration page now splits into Configuration and Delivery tabs. Configuration shows your default sender and each custom domain as a card, and verification checks your MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and reports exactly which one needs fixing. Delivery brings send volume, failures, and recent activity together in one view.

Approval notifications complete the requested action

CRM approval buttons now execute the pending change instead of only dismissing the notification. Approval notifications and emails also link back to the CRM or chat where the request originated, and the Approvals tab reliably includes older pending requests.

Snappier, calmer interface motion

Interface motion is now faster and more deliberate: greetings render immediately, the chat sidebar collapses on a single smooth curve, and billing meters, chat markers, subagent panels, and streaming labels stay smooth while work streams in. With "reduce motion" on, spinners, pulses, and shimmers become static and jumping between messages lands instantly, while every status and label stays visible.

Connect and chat over iMessage

iMessage connection QR codes now produce a working bind command. After connecting, messages get full assistant replies instead of the same static team summary.

Tidier chat sidebars

Empty chat lists keep their section boundary, and project sidebars no longer show team integration settings or a project-specific Web Search settings page.

Browser captures stay readable on compact screens

Browser capture dialogs now stay within the full screen and scroll their preview when space is tight, keeping the link and actions visible. Long capture URLs wrap instead of being cut off.

Recover the app during outages

The app now shows a single service-unavailable screen with a retry option when the service is temporarily down, instead of a raw error.

Connect LinkedIn accounts more reliably

LinkedIn account setup no longer rejects valid pasted browser sessions during connection.

Verify ownership before activating a custom mail domain

Custom mail domains now show a unique DNS TXT ownership challenge and stay pending until it is verified. System senders can again be selected as the team default, and mail settings show retryable loading errors instead of empty or partially working controls.

Inspect bot messaging usage

Usage now identifies spend from connected messaging bots. The usage event table starts with app and platform activity, and team administrators can switch the source filter to bot messaging or all usage.

Project chat suggestions fit the project

Follow-up suggestions in project chats now use the project's name, description, agent template, and configuration alongside the conversation, producing next steps that fit the active project instead of generic chat actions.

Chat and run lists show loading rows

Project sidebars now show compact skeleton rows while Chats and Runs are still loading, instead of briefly reporting that the lists are empty.

Message reactions stay in the conversation

Connected iMessage and Telegram conversations now retain emoji reactions as conversation context, so the assistant can understand a heart or other reaction when you refer to it in your next message.

Clearer social account connection dialogs

Social account dialogs now fit their login choices and use one clear primary action, keeping a stable size as setup advances while long content scrolls without moving the header or actions. Telegram sends the verification code from the dialog footer, and LinkedIn presents both login methods directly with credentials, security guidance, password visibility, and connection status in one focused flow. Other connection setup dialogs keep the same stable sizing.

Friendlier command-line help and errors

Command-line tools now show concise, actionable errors, suggest likely commands after typos, and treat incomplete commands as help topics while preserving structured output for scripts.

Clearer chat generation statistics

Generation speed, token count, and elapsed time in the chat footer now describe only the latest response, stay visible while the next response starts, animate when refreshed, and copy as one clean line.

Recover visibly when chat history cannot load

When chat history fails to load, the sidebar now shows a clear retry action instead of an endless loading state.

See project activity and runs together

Project overviews now show activity and run previews side by side on larger screens and stacked on smaller screens, matching the team overview. Loading states keep the same layout so content appears without shifting the page.

Use GPT-5.6 models with ChatGPT subscriptions

ChatGPT subscription connections now select and run GPT-5.6 Sol, Terra, and Luna from the chat model picker instead of the retired GPT-5.4 and GPT-5.5 options.

Configure Chat and Runs in one place

Team administrators can now manage shared Chat and Runs defaults, including VM, browser, step, and subagent settings, from one Execution settings page.

Manage customer relationships in CRM

Team admins can now create CRM objects and fields, search shared records, and create, edit, or remove records from a responsive CRM workspace. CRM is available alongside Inbox in both team and project sidebars, with project records kept to the selected project, and records created in chat now save to the team's CRM.

Keep empty sidebar sections out of the way

Inbox, Todos, and CRM links are now hidden until they contain something. A default-on preference under General can keep those empty links visible instead.

Restore one-click activity filters

Activity categories and status filters are separate pill buttons again, making it quicker to scan and switch between them while keeping the owner filter compact.

Connect iMessage from setup links

iMessage setup links now connect the person who texts the displayed number.

Create teams from the team switcher

The team switcher now includes a Create new team action, so you can name a team and move into it without leaving the current workspace navigation.

Make tool failures actionable in chat

Tools now show safe, actionable validation details when a request needs different inputs instead of a generic error.

Keep finished work and approvals in Activity

The Overview Activity tab now keeps completed assistant work, subagents, observations, and resolved approvals in its history. Accurate counts, pagination, filters, and retry states show ongoing and finished work in one place, separate from your Runs.

Overview metrics count Runs and execution time accurately

Team overviews now show Runs started across chats, Runs, and subagents. Completed execution time only includes finished work, so failed, cancelled, waiting, and in-progress time no longer inflates the total.

Team overview brings recent work into view

Team overviews now keep projects in a compact horizontal rail and show recent activity beside recent runs, making work across projects easier to scan without leaving the overview.

Connect messaging channels directly

When a team administrator connects iMessage or Telegram, the one-time QR code now opens right away without an extra permission-review step.

Stable settings and pricing loading

Bot connection progress now stays on the action being used, Telegram setup dialogs keep long links contained on every screen size, and public pricing loads with the same plans and layout as the finished page. Selection controls also keep their explanatory copy stable instead of rewriting it after each choice.

API key permissions are granular

Creating or editing an API key now offers an explicit Allow or None choice for every Developer API action. Granting one action no longer grants other actions in the same category.

Open Run settings reliably

Team administrators can open Run settings without the page crashing. Save progress and results continue to appear on the relevant action and toast.

A safer, more predictable developer CLI

The CLI now offers one consistent command set with actionable help and examples, stable JSON for piped output, standard global flags, shell completion, explicit non-interactive confirmation, request timeouts, graceful Ctrl-C cancellation, and secure stored credentials. Piped output now defaults to JSON, so scripts that need TOON must pass --format toon, and API keys are no longer read from the environment: import one with auth import --token-stdin or pass --credential-file for a single command.

Chat works again with connected ChatGPT subscriptions

Chats using a connected ChatGPT subscription generate replies again after selecting current Codex models.

Chat stays scrolled to your message when the reply starts

Sending a message now keeps the conversation and the side navigation indicator at the newest turn. Previously, the moment the assistant started replying, the chat could jump back to the top of the thread.

Approval emails link to the right place

Approval emails now show a Review approval button for CRM create and update requests, and links point to www.openfactor.ai instead of an unavailable subdomain.

Reset forgotten passwords by email

Sign-in now includes a secure forgot-password flow. Reset links arrive in a branded email, expire after 30 minutes, and sign out existing sessions after the password is changed.

Upgrade to Pro from any profile menu

Hobby teams can now open the existing Pro upgrade flow directly from profile menus across chat, project, settings, and focused account views.

Pages load fully during busy periods

Pages no longer come up empty or incomplete on first load when traffic is high.

Web search providers explain setup consistently

Every web search provider now uses the same description and clearly identifies the default platform key. Provider cards also explain that searches are metered when the provider is enabled, while continuing to show when a team has saved its own API key.

OpenFactor shows its full history at a glance

The Scale dashboard now brings tokens, AI messages, graphics, and sent messages together across the full history, with timeframe controls for comparing the output mix and a responsive monthly breakdown.

Email conversations in Inbox

Sent and received OpenFactor emails now appear as email conversations in the shared Inbox while inbound messages continue forwarding to the connected Gmail inbox.

Mail integration shows your team sender

The Mail integration now displays your team's automatically provided email sender and its default status instead of an empty configuration.

Manage MCP client connections

Team administrators can create revocable MCP client connections from Connections settings, choose their developer API permissions and expiration, copy a ready-to-use configuration once, and disconnect clients to revoke access immediately.

Bot protection for email authentication

Email registration and sign-in now include an unobtrusive bot check to prevent automated abuse.

Empty mail delivery history stays settled

Email delivery history now shows its empty state immediately when there are no send events, without briefly getting stuck on a loading message.

Track team todos in the workspace

Every team workspace now has a Todos page in the sidebar. Create work items with statuses, priorities, and descriptions, move them from pending through in progress to completed, and filter or search the shared list.

Every email carries your app's name and sender

Verification, password reset, magic-link, sign-in-code, notification, welcome, invitation, referral, and account emails now consistently use the current app's name, website, and configured sender instead of another platform's branding.

Smoother live chat statistics

Chat generation speed, token counts, and elapsed time now update in place with subtle rolling digits while their labels remain steady.

Easier CLI installs and upgrades

The command-line tool now installs and upgrades from a public download host, so you no longer need access to the source repository. Upgrades install correctly beside the running tool and pick up republished fixes even when the version number is unchanged.

Clearer connected Telegram accounts

Connected Telegram accounts now show their recognizable @handle when available and use a clearer green connection status that remains readable on compact screens.

Clearer default email sender selection

Email configuration now puts the full sending address first and uses an explicit default-address choice when teams switch between platform and custom senders.

Simpler API key access controls

API keys now use five clear access areas - Workspace, Projects, Automation, Billing, and Webhooks - with least-privilege defaults and visible individual permissions inside each group. Organization permissions still set the upper limit for sensitive actions.

Automations page removed

Removed the Automations page and navigation entry from team and project workspaces.

Browse project runs from the sidebar

Project sidebars now group Runs like Chats, with every run listed under an expandable category and a clear empty state before work begins. The Runs overview also shows an empty state when a project has no runs instead of a load error.

CRM record deletion closes its drawer

Deleting a CRM record now keeps its confirmation and progress visible while the request runs, closes its detail drawer after success, and keeps the confirmation available to retry after failure. The delete menu also uses a consistent destructive color for both its icon and label.

Confirmation actions run once

Confirmation dialogs now prevent rapid repeat clicks from submitting the same action more than once.

Scannable usage previews

Usage event previews no longer block nearby rows while you scan the table. Keep hovering to see how to pin a preview when you want to interact with its links.

Manage Admin seats from Billing settings

OpenFactor Admin teams now use the same seat counter and Save action as other plans. Seat changes remain free and are saved directly without a Stripe checkout.

Consistent permission controls

Team permissions, API keys, and connection dialogs now share the same grouped action layout while preserving the access choices specific to each surface.

Browse web search sources from assistant answers

Assistant web searches now place compact, hoverable source citations directly after the answer while keeping search details available in the trace. Browse every result and summary from the citation carousel.

Keep fitted tables fully visible

Tables now show edge fades only when more columns can be reached by scrolling, so actions remain fully visible whenever the table already fits its container.

Enable web search in team chats

Team chats now use the same project-scoped web search provider configured in Web Search settings, so enabled search providers are available immediately.

Faster, clearer CRM records

CRM pages now arrive with their records already rendered, and each table row has an independent actions menu that no longer opens the record editor by accident.

Timeline reports completed execution time

Timeline summaries now match Overview by counting only completed agent, Run, and Subagent execution time. Failed, cancelled, queued, and in-progress work no longer inflates the total.

Upgrade the CLI in place

The CLI can now upgrade itself to the latest checksum-verified release with a single upgrade command.

Agent activity at a glance

Team overviews now show cumulative working time and the number of agent runs alongside active agents and spend. Timeline summaries show the total time worked in the selected range, including subagents.

Share team integrations and secrets across projects

Web search providers, social accounts, and team secrets now apply to every project and team chat. Project settings, permissions, and browser data stay scoped to each project.

Shorter CLI commands

The CLI now accepts concise resource commands such as sessions list, with matching help, completions, and prompts.

Choose OpenFactor Mail or Resend for email

Opening Email integrations now presents OpenFactor Mail and Resend as clear choices instead of asking for a domain immediately. OpenFactor Mail keeps its sender and domain settings, while Resend has a dedicated team credential page.

Overview groups requests that need you

The overview now groups requests that need your attention into one compact stack, while Activity focuses on notable outcomes.

Keep email conversations separate by subject

Inbox now keeps separate email conversations for separate subjects, even when they use the same recipient. Sent-mail notifications link directly to the matching Inbox message, and email rows show both the subject and recipient.

Run cost bars render clearly

Run cost breakdown bars now keep their compact segmented shape and tell screen readers that they show each group's share of the cost.

Run revisions look as compact as Chat

Run revision threads now use the same collapsed activity trace, compact response body, and sidebar row styling as Chat. Completed Runs also stop showing actions that can no longer be used.

Keep artifact galleries focused on outputs

Artifact galleries now list generated images, documents, files, and other outputs without including individual tool completions. Tool activity remains available in chat traces.

Separate Runs from Chats

Chats and Runs now have their own list pages, reachable from the workspace sidebar and Overview summary cards. Runs get a dedicated team and project workspace with status filters, search, project attribution, and responsive detail pages that keep the team sidebar available, while chat history stays in Chats. Every Run revision has its own shareable page, and the sidebar lists revisions separately from Chats with project filtering and created-date or last-activity ordering.

Human-readable mail activity

Team audit logs now identify the person who sent an email by their account email instead of an internal user identifier, including existing entries.

Use completed Runs immediately

Completed Runs now show their retry, revision, and run-again actions right away.

Sent mail appears in the Inbox

Messages sent from a team's mail integration now appear in that team's Inbox.

See Run model usage in the billing ledger

Model usage created by Runs now appears with its Run, a dedicated filter, a direct link back to the Run, and source attribution in CSV exports.

Faster bulk work in chat

The assistant can now run many tool calls inside one sandboxed script and return only a summary. Bulk sweeps such as health scans and aggregations finish faster and cheaper, and raw intermediate results no longer crowd the chat.

Reply to email from the shared Inbox

Active email conversations now accept text replies directly from the shared Inbox. Replies keep their email subject and thread history, show clear sending and failure states, and are never delivered twice when a request is repeated.

Keep project Activity focused on project work

Project overviews now keep chat turns and chat subagents in their originating chat while continuing to show project observations, approvals, and operational changes. Pending approvals from other projects no longer appear in the current project's Activity feed.

Opt in to prompt cache optimization

Models settings now includes a beta prompt cache optimization that takes advantage of supported providers' cached-input pricing.

Organize team todos in list or board views

Team todos can now switch between a structured list and a status board. Parent and subtask relationships stay visible in both views, and the todo editor can attach work to an existing parent.

Browse publishing content from the workspace

Teams can now open a CMS from the workspace sidebar, filter posts and pages by publishing state, and inspect content details in a responsive read-only view.

Smoother Run page loading

Run pages now keep the same overview or revision layout while loading, and revision prompts no longer show a redundant immutability label.

Show real Run conversations

Run revision pages now show the agent's actual tool calls and response, in the same format as regular conversations.

Clearer, more reliable notification emails

Notification emails now show the app's name as the sender instead of the workspace or admin-team name, and keep sending from the platform address when a team-specific sender is unavailable.

Easier inbox conversation management

Inbox conversations now have shareable URLs, a compact filter menu for active, archived, and per-channel views, and a hover action for archiving conversations without deleting their history.

Choose the sender for an approved email

Email approval cards now show the connected team address that will send the message. Select any other available team address before approving when a different sender is needed.

Make new-project discovery easier to answer

The new-project flow now asks one focused question at a time with one-tap choices and a short freeform fallback, making it easier to turn an everyday problem into a company concept.

Recover unsent new-chat prompts after reload

New team and project chats now restore the prompt you were typing after a browser reload. Drafts stay isolated to their team or project so prompts do not appear in the wrong chat scope.

Take over the agent's browser

When the agent hits something it cannot do on a web page, such as a sign-in or a confirmation step, it now offers you its live browser instead of giving up. The page appears in the chat, you click and type in it directly, and handing control back resumes the same turn where it paused. The invitation is short-lived and only opens for members of the team whose chat it came from.

Get notified when chats need approval

Standard approval confirmations now appear in the notification inbox and can send email alerts according to your notification settings.

Run revisions show their status

Run revision entries in the sidebar now use distinct icons for pending, running, waiting, completed, failed, and cancelled states.

Keep chat suggestions current

Existing chats now refresh their suggested next steps after each assistant reply instead of continuing to show suggestions from an older turn.

Continue Runs after raising their step allowance

Runs that reach their configured step limit now remain resumable from their latest checkpoint. Raising the team's step allowance continues the same Run without repeating completed work.

Command palette opens instantly

The command palette now appears and dismisses with no fade or zoom, so keyboard search feels immediate.

Filter Inbox conversations by channel

The Inbox title now opens a channel filter containing only channels with message activity. Selecting a channel shows its app or messenger name in the title, while the separate Inbox and Archived filter remains available. Blue dots mark channel or archive filters that differ from their defaults.

Motion stays calm and respects reduced motion

Chat and dashboard state changes keep their spatial context. With reduced motion enabled, looping spinners and pulses stay still and overlays fade without zoom or slide, while ordinary motion is unchanged when the preference is off.

Revised Runs continue through their workflow

When you revise a Run, approval-gated work now continues through its intended stages and pinned workflows run exactly once. Failed Runs keep a visible trace and error, and approval controls can no longer record a decision after the Run has already ended.

Property campaign Runs keep working through live tools

Property campaign Runs no longer stop early, so live sourcing, rendering, verification, economics, and configured outreach continue in the Run transcript.

Automatically started Runs show their activity

Runs started automatically now show their tool traces and subagent activity to authorized team members instead of appearing empty.

Open notification settings reliably

Notification settings now recover when their initial server request stalls, instead of leaving the page on its loading placeholders indefinitely.

Reply to archived Inbox conversations

Archived Inbox conversations now keep email replies available, and message bubbles no longer show an oversized highlight border.

Email subjects are easier to scan in Inbox

Inbox email conversations now keep the contact address on the first line and show the email subject directly beneath it.

Review email and message drafts before sending

Send approvals now show the recipient, subject, channel, thread, and exact outbound content in a compose-style preview before it leaves the chat.

Clear names for email channels and senders

Shared inboxes now identify team email channels by the team name, and team outgoing mail shows the team name instead of a raw no-reply address.

Simpler Mail delivery settings

Mail settings now keep delivery history focused on send events, and provider cards show Configure next to their credential summary. The Mail configuration page shows each team's platform-provided address, recovers cleanly when loading fails, and offers a retry when that address cannot be prepared.

ChatGPT subscription chats respond again

Chats using a ChatGPT subscription no longer fail before producing a response on affected models.

Run threads show workflow tool calls

Workflow tool calls and their results now appear in the Run thread after execution.

Keep system mail out of Activity

Activity now stays focused on user and team outcomes by excluding routine system-authored email delivery events.

Inbox reply retries no longer get stuck

If an inbox reply fails to send, retrying now works instead of showing a permanent "already sending" error.

Keep pending requests in Needs your attention

Requests that need a decision, reply, or recovery now remain in the Overview queue until the underlying work is resolved, even when notification delivery is disabled or a related notification has already been read.

Start Property Campaign Runs with subagents disabled

Property Campaign Runs now start correctly when their tool policy disables subagents. Failures before execution begins are also reported as failed instead of later appearing as cancelled.

CMS drafts no longer overwrite newer changes

Saving a CMS draft after someone else has updated the live record is now rejected instead of silently overwriting their change.

Consistent team execution metrics

Team overview and timeline now report completed execution time from the same rolling seven-day window, and timeline summary cards match the overview cards for easier comparison.

Clearer CLI errors and a saved team context

CLI failures now show the API's own message with a distinct exit status, name the login command when you are signed out, and retry rate limits and brief outages automatically. context set --team TEAM_ID --project PROJECT_ID saves your team and project so scoped commands fill them in, and missing required flags are now named directly.
